Having played through three episodes of The Walking Dead, I can say I have enjoyed playing, but I can say it has been tough. I don’t normally play survival games like this so it is a good experience to have, but there has been tough decisions that I had to make which kept me interested, but was difficult to look back on to where I would’ve possibly done different if I knew the tradeoffs of the decisions I had made.

While playing the game, what stood out to me is how the storyline made sense throughout the all the episodes with no matter what decision you made in previous episodes and stories. The decisions you made impacted the rest of the episode which I found so interesting. What I did though throughout the episodes was I incorporated what I would do if I was in that situation in real life to see if I could survive in real life or not. For example, I would keep characters like Clementine and Lee with me because I thought they were the most loyal and I would survive if I kept with him and in a short crowd.

I feel like I was close with both Clementine and Lee were my favorite due to the relationship they had with each other. In the game, I wanted to be in that friendship and the relationship they have because I know they would always have each other’s back. They cared for each other and made sure they were all ok and I wanted to insert myself into that relationship just so I would know that I would always have people by my side so I made sure I made decisions that would make us happy.

Overall, I have has a good experience with the game. It is different to the games I would normally play, but I like to broaden my surroundings with video games. Playing these games that I don’t normally play makes me have different interest and could potentially influence me to play other games like The Walking Dead and I think that is what makes this game and class so interesting.
